2nd day of anaesthetic rotation in CUH, spent the whole day in the operation theater from 830am-4pm, my lower limbs are both in pain for standing without fail in the OT for hours. Dr Karl asked loads of questions, luckily I did some reading last night, but need to revise back on physiology. I'm very, very tired, enough for today.
Got a lot of messages since last night, all wishing me a happy birthday.
'Happy Birthday'? and why is it that I'm unhappy instead?
In fact, I've never been sad like this on my birthday, ever.
I'm leaving.
