Huge relief!

Yesss I did it!
Last Tuesday was a terrible day, started the day with an agitated and mad patient who totally ruined my day, followed by L offering me 50euro if I agree to do case presentation with him, and ended with Jeremy telling me that we were going to do the final presentation during the multidisciplinary team meeting on Thursday. So we met the patient assigned to us yesterday and did what we were supposed to. Last evening I spent almost 2 hours doing the slides for presentation. and today is the day that we were 'excitedly' waiting for, heh.

So how it went today?
The day didn't start very well at first, with the weather being really cold and it was raining when I went out, and worse, I received some sms which totally spoiled my mood. I've never done a presentation in front of such a huge team involving staff nurses, nursing students, doctors, pharmacist, pharm students and final med students. I was very, very nervous. Plus, I was the only Malaysian in the meeting just now, luckily I had supports from the other classmates. So yeah, as I mentioned at the beginning of this post, I did it! It was great, and everything went smoothly. Everyone was satisfied and that actually means alot to me. I have, in a way, overcame one of my biggest fear - having to deal with stage fright. As I came out from the hospital, the sun was shining brightly bringing with it, cold wind all along, was feeling content, as if a huge burden has been taken away from my shoulder, well at least just for today *sigh*


last but not least, 'sad' to say, it was my last day of rotation in Mercy Hosp for third year, so it's time to say Goodbye Mercy~! Yeehaaaa~

and owh, I just got an email from an IUMC's (Irish Universities & Medical Schools Consortium) representative in KL asking if I'd like to join the 'Live from Ireland' thing which will be on media somewhere next month. I'm sure the other friends got it too, so yeah, why not give it a shot kan?


p.s: Got a 'love letter' from Bank of Ireland like 5 mins ago, woshhh! xpenah bil crdt card sebyk ini, well I paid 1/3 of the ticket's price with crdt card, so not surprising la, but huwaaaaa, miskinnye saye...! Duit MARA masuk ujung bulan ni sume abes kat sewa umah n cdt card, haihs!
